Locating the new WISKA® power port on the outside of the box was one move that gave two big advantages:
It maximises the comfort of installation, as the main power terminal is easy to access, and it minimises the risk of damage, as the casing lid can stay closed the whole time.
We understand how valuable space on a container vessel is. By relocating the power terminal we managed to create a 40 % smaller casing. Which means less use of stainless steel in production and more efficiency in installation.

Every time you plug in, an LED signal simply shows if the power supply is on.
Thanks to the DNV GL approved PushIn technology you only need to plug in to switch power on. The moment you pull the plug out, the power supply is automatically switched off.
Thanks to relocating the power terminal outside the box, users no longer have to open the lid for connection. Our WISKA Factory Seal offers you peace of mind and security that the casing´s inside is untouched.
Following the same principle of every PushIn product, the box includes a high-class foamed sealing which stands out from the seamless and captive cast for an extended lifetime.
The WISKA® VentPLUG pressure compensation unit ensures permanent pressure equalisation between the interior and the exterior to minimise the risk of condensation water (optional).
For a well structured planning, the looper connects the power terminals of two VARITAIN® PushIn Advance with each other. In this way, it works as a cable economiser that helps shipyards to provide the most efficient electrical installation.
