Reporting of cyber security-related incidents and vulnerabilities

The security of our products containing digital elements is a priority for WISKA Hoppmann GmbH.

In accordance with the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and the European Union’s NIS2, we actively address the requirements relating to cyber security, vulnerability management and incident handling.

If you identify a security-related incident, a potential vulnerability or a noticeable security-related issue in a product supplied by us or purchased by you, please notify us immediately.

This applies in particular to cases such as:

suspected unauthorised access
the possible exploitation of a vulnerability
unusual or security-related malfunction of a product
impacts on availability, integrity or confidentiality
other incidents relating to the product’s cyber security

To enable us to review and assess your report quickly, we ask you – where possible – to provide the following information:

Product name, product variant and serial number or unique product identifier
Software, firmware or version status
Location of the affected product at the time of the incident, and the affected environment or application
Description of the incident or the observed anomaly, including an assessment of the sensitivity of the information concerned
Date and time of discovery
Your contact details in case of any queries
Any supplementary documentation, such as screenshots, reports or log files
